Russian salad: Vinegret
4 boiled potatoes 1 onion
1 big boiled carrot
1 boiled beetroot
2-3 pickled cucumbers (Russian size, not those ridiculous French cornichones!)
1 can of green peas
Dill, parsley, celery, salt, vegetable oil
Yep, cut those veggies into small cubes, add a lot of herbs, salt it and season with vegetable oil. Done. Some people, though, also add canned beans or pickled cabbages.
