The Russian Foreign Ministry reports that discussion focused on preparations for the forthcoming round of negotiations in Moscow slated for June 18-19 between Iran and the six international mediators (UK, Germany, China, Russia, USA, France and the EU HR for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy).

 

Since 2003 the mediating “six" in cooperation with the IAEA have been urging Iran to suspend uranium enrichment, which could pose a threat to nuclear non-proliferation.
