Ambassador Malhotra hosted a dinner-reception at the Embassy of India, Moscow, on July 6, 2012, in honour of delegates to the 10th International Conference on South Asian Languages & Literature (ICOSAL-10) held at the Institute of Asian & African Studies, Moscow State University, Moscow, from July 5-7, 2012. 


The Conference was organized jointly by the Moscow State University and Russian State University for the Humanities, with the support of the Ministry of External Affairs (Hindi Division), Indian Council for Cultural Relations, New Delhi, and the Embassy of India, Moscow. Scholars from the Indian sub-continent, Russia, other European countries, USA, Canada and Japan participated in ICOSAL-10.
